Feb 2012 long stay (3 weeks plus) was $175pn book now for $160pn.
Winter 2012 long stay - June, July, August was $175pn book now for $165pn.

7 to 21 day stay - was $195pn book now for $175pn (valid February, June, July, August).

Minimum Stays
Due to the nature of our accommodation, the following minimum stays apply:

• bookings less than 5 nights by arrangement and only if joining onto an existing booking
• 5 night minimum stay for bookings up to 1 month in advance
• 7 night minimum for bookings made more than 2 months in advance

Occupancy
Maximum occupancy 5 + baby
Bedding configuration is 1 queen bed and 1 king bed which can be split into 2 single beds for families
A single rollaway bed can be arranged for a cost of $60 per stay/week
A portable cot is available for a cost of $25 per stay/week (see below for further children's facilities)
Pet Friendly - small house pets are welcome and attract an additional $55 fee per stay/week. Refer to pet friendly Terms & Conditions.

Booking Conditions and Payment
Payment of deposit or total fee for your booking indicates an acceptance of our Terms & Conditions
To secure a booking a 50% payment must be made by Visa or Mastercard within 48 hours.
Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to stay

Special Event Rates
Easter Long Weekend - 15% premium on above rates
NSW Summer School Holidays 17 December to 27 January - 25% premium on above rates

We are more than happy to provide early check in and late check out wherever possible; this can only be confirmed at the last minute as it is dependent on other bookings at the time
